I used to hide in my clothes. Now I help women shine in theirs.

For a long time, I hid.
Not literally—but in the way a lot of women do. Clothes that didn't draw attention. Colors that disappeared into the background. Outfits that said, "Please don't look at me too closely."
I knew fashion. I loved it. But somewhere between loving it from a distance and actually wearing it, I lost myself.
It wasn't until I started treating getting dressed as a creative act—not a chore, not a performance, but an actual art form—that everything changed. I stopped dressing for who I thought I was supposed to be. I started dressing for who I actually am.
That shift? It's hard to describe until you feel it. But once you do, getting dressed in the morning becomes something completely different. It becomes fun. Expressive. Even a little exciting.
I'm Hillary— personal stylist, passionate fashionista, and the friend who will stand in your closet with you and say "I got chu" until we figure it out together.
I spent years on the floor in retail, where women came in looking for clothes and left feeling like themselves. I watched that transformation happen over and over again. And I realized that's what I want to do—not in a store, but in real life. In your home, in your closet, in the dressing room where you've given up on yourself before you've even started.

I also work in branding. Which means I understand something most stylists don't: style is a form of identity. The way you present yourself tells a story — and I want to help you tell the right one.
good&dandy exists for the woman who is done feeling invisible. Who knows, there's a version of herself that feels confident, creative, and completely alive—she just needs a little help finding her.
That woman is you. And I genuinely cannot wait to meet her.
Our Styling Principles and Values
Your style, your rules.
There's no one-size-fits-all here. What works for someone else might be completely wrong for you—and that's exactly the point. Every session starts with you: your life, your body, your comfort zone, your goals. We build from there.
You already have good pieces. Let's find them.
Most women don't need a whole new wardrobe—they just can't see what they have. A closet edit isn't about getting rid of everything. It's about cutting through the noise so the good stuff can actually breathe. You'll be surprised what's been hiding in there.
Shopping is better with someone who actually knows you.
Walking into a store alone and knowing what to buy is hard. Walking in with someone in your corner who knows your body, your style, and your budget? Completely different experience. We shop together, with a plan—and you leave with pieces you'll actually wear.
Getting dressed should feel creative, not stressful.
Your outfit is a form of self-expression—and it should feel that way. We build real outfits from what you own, so mornings feel less like a puzzle and more like a canvas. The goal isn't to look like someone else. It's to look unmistakably like you.
No judgment. Ever.
This is a safe space—full stop. Whatever your size, budget, age, or starting point, you belong here. We're not here to tell you what you should look like. We're here to help you feel good in what you've got, exactly as you are right now.
Small changes. Big difference.
You don't need a complete overhaul to feel like a different person. Sometimes it's one great fitting pair of jeans. Sometimes it's finally knowing how to style the jacket you've had for three years. A little clarity goes a long way—and that's exactly what we're here for.
